Bad Vindaloo

I made Vindaloo the other day, and it was great, but unbearable at the same time. I followed the recipe by heart but not to the T. It was unbearably hot, maybe I didn't have enough oil, or enough onions, or I bought the freakin' hottest medium Vindaloo on the surface of the Earth. Long story short, I needed two pieces bread, a large coca-cola and a bag of Doritos couldn't handle. I'm going to a local Indian restaurant this week, so until then,
